Although content management itself does not require technical knowledge with Drupal, for the best performance of your website, site owners are often too busy to upload content (blog posts, landing page, ecommerce product pages etc.) with attention to detail, and if there is no dedicated person on the team, they are happy to outsource the task. 

We have a number of clients whose content is managed by us, on a monthly fee basis.
